Heritage Greylock at Greylock Glen was a state sponsored design competition to create a first-class four-season resort which capitalized on the scenic beauty of the Hoosac Valley and Mount Greylock. Through careful site analysis, minimized impact on the natural environment and respecting the historic character of the region the master plan team was the selected as the winning submission.
The resort master plan accommodates year round activities including; alpine and Nordic skiing, 18 holes on a championship golf course, recreational boating on a 25 acre lake, state of the art tennis facilities, and a specialized conference center. At the development core is a 30 acre ‘New England style’ walkable village center. Strategically located at the head of the lake, the center is a mixed use community with nearly 800 condominiums, retail / office space, a meeting hall and town common.
